Village Defibrillator

Thanks to the kindness and generosity of the Lipscombe family and in memory of Clare Lipscombe, the village now has its own defibrillator.

This is situated in the covered Village Notice Board enclosure. 

A thank you too to the Fairford Lions who helped with the installation and training in the machine's use.

Many villagers attended the training sessions, however, the machine itself will guide users through the process and is easy to follow.

Further thanks go to the Hart family who are providing power to the unit.

Hopefully its use will never be needed, however, it is a comfort to know it is available whenever it may be required.
